Comprehensive Care

Pulmonary Associates, P.C. offers a more comprehensive and complete range of services than any other pulmonary group in the state. Consultative and management services are performed by our board certified Pulmonologists, Intensivists, and Sleep specialists.

Pulmonary Associates values the physician-patient relationship, and provides consultative and management services without the use of physician assistants or physician extenders.

We also understand the importance of the relationship of the patient to his or her primary care physician. Contacts by consultation and follow-up interactions with patients are always communicated by dictated report or phone conversation with the referring physician.

A variety of specialized pulmonary testing, including complete pulmonary function tests and spirometry, are performed using registered pulmonary function technologists using the latest state-of-the-art equipment and techniques. Tests are interpreted by our board certified pulmonary physicians.

To provide maximal options and optimal treatment, newly diagnosed cases of lung cancer are presented at a multidisciplinary committee on a weekly basis. The committee, made up of Pulmonologists, Radiologists, Oncologists, Chest Surgeons, and at times even your primary care physician, review clinical data, x-rays, CT Scans, PET Scans, and other data, and formulate optimal treatment strategies.
